I opened the doors to V J Tait & Associates in 1998 and at the time of starting business I set out to set out business apart from the competition by offering a service to our clients of being available out of hours and when they needed us. I believe that we have achieved this and more. We have a reputation in the industry of being available for clients and agents alike and to assisting with the transactions and working together rather than trying to be bigger than the transaction.
I am available for after hours appointments (by arrangement) and you an reach me on the phone until 7pm each night and also on weekends. After all, it is at night and on weekends when properties are found and deals are made. I am available to help you get ahead of other buyers who can’t contact their conveyancers and also if you as a vendor receive an offer and need to talk about it I can assist you.
I oversee all files, but primarily I look after clients from commencement of their purchase to just after exchange to ensure that all is in order.
I have been married to my wonderful husband and partner in crime for over 30 years and we have two amazing kids, a beautiful daughter in law and 1 (so far) absolutely gorgeous granddaughter.
My husband, myself and the kids grew up and continue to live in the Hills District so I am know the area and the history that abounds the Hills.

Lily started working for V J Tait & Associates as a trainee in 2016 and has continued with us this year as an employee. Lily has learnt the ropes of our office quickly and is an essential member of our team.
Lily is the person who you will (generally) speak to first in our office and always greets you with a smile. Lily assists with the preparation of contracts for sale and general office running.
