V.J. Tait & Associates owner & principal, Vanessa Tait has over 20 years experience in conveyancing and other areas of law.

Vanessa has served as a Councillor on the NSW Branch of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, as well as a member of the AIC National Council.

Vanessa's roles on the various State & National bodies has allowed her to be at the cutting edge when changes in the various rules & regulations come about from time to time, and as such is able to keep you up to date with the latest issues affecting your property transaction.

In addition to running a busy conveyancing practice, she still finds time to be a full time Mum as well.
